Hieroo Rotterdam is working with Rotterdam Talent on a better Rotterdam of tomorrow. The Rotterdam Talents are sincere, committed, free and innovative doers. They carry out projects and consultancy assignments for organizations in all sectors in Rotterdam. After the 2-year traineeship and a thorough training from SIOO, the Talents move on as a manager, consultant or (social) entrepreneur. Hieroo is building a community in the city with starting highly educated talent from all organizations in the city. Part of Hieroo's profit and time is used to realize social innovations in Rotterdam. Besides Rotterdam, Hieroo is also active in Amsterdam and Twente. The ambition is to be present in all cities with a HBO and/or University. Hieroo is part of SeederDeBoer, a leading consultancy in organizational transformations.
